I created patterns for the Portable Painter Micro, A classic 12-half-pan metal tin, and a 12-color box and sketchbook that you can download here. I just ran a marker along the edge of the patterns I drafted and scanned them, they are not fancy but I had several requests to share them on my YouTube video. Here is what they look like. Note; the Green holster was my inspiration, I purchased that with a palette in it on Amazon. Watch the video to learn how to make them. They are quick and easy and do not require any special skills. I used a sewing machine but these can easily be sewn by hand and since we sew the material right sides together and then turn out the holster any sloppy stitching will be hidden. It occurred to me that if you wanted to turn this into a bag you could add sewing tabs on the wings and floor and stitch the open corner on the bottom closed. You could also add a ring to each end and hook a purse strap. I think I might actually try that and maybe use a zipper. If I try it and it turns out well I will post an update:) Will you try this project? I think it is a good one for a weekend afternoon!
