I had my fifth COVID-19 vaccination yesterday. In Sweden you have these cards that you take with you to the vaccination centre, although most people seem to lose them between vaccinations (my husband has two now as he mislaid his card after the first two). About ten days after you have received the vaccination, your digital vaccination certificate is updated and you don't need this card anymore (which is why I can show the details). I guess one day things like this card will go in a Great Pandemic museum, if we are lucky and this levels out to be like seasonal flu.
I have had Pfizer three times and Moderna once. I don't take the influenza vaccine, and prior to covid, I had only taken the Swine Flu in 2010, and anti-tetanus in 2020. I am not anti-vaccination and I would like the shingles vaccine but it costs about $500 if you are not in a risk group (in which case you get it for free). I have had shingles and it was the worst pain I have ever experienced.
It was -3°C/26°F so I wore my lighter down jacket from Uniqlo. I adore their down jackets because they fold into small bags if you suddenly become hot during the day. Read more here. I love my Van Der Spek Janet Leather bag and have used it daily since I received it. It's so easy to carry and I know I have everything with me. When I change bags for a day I usually forget something.
When we ate lunch I spotted this tile. It reminded me of a cat paw. After that I thought it looked like a bat.
Then we went to my daughter's new apartment for coffee and cake. I always love cuddling with her two giant snowy white Maine Coon cats. I always get a shock at how big they are after living with three regular sized cats.
Sessan has the full name of Wild Tails Electrica of the Moon. Isn't that a spectacular name? She is a retired show cat.
Oddie is her son and he has one blue eye and one yellow eye.
