Miss Ann O'Neil, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Janus O'Neil of 50 Walnut Avenue, Norwood, (left) and Miss Catherine O'Toole, daughter of Mrs. James Connors of 52 Highvlew Street, Norwood, will be among the 96 students to be graduated from the Catherine Laboure School of Nursing on Sunday afternoon, September 1st.
The ceremony at which His Excellency, Bishop Erik F. MacKenzle, D.D., will preside will be held at 3:00 p.m. at the John Hancock Hall, The graduation exercises are climaxing a busy Commencement Week for the senior class which will Include social as well as spiritual activities. Rev. Joseph Keefe, C.M., conducted a Retreat for the graduates on Tuesday and Wednesday.
On Thursday, the class enjoyed an outing at Duxbury Beach. The Senior Promenade and Buffet will be held at Dreamworld on Friday evening.
The parents of the graduates wilt be the guests of the class on Saturday evening at a social In the Archbishop Cushing Auditorium. Graduation day will commence with Holy Mass and Communion at the Archdiocesan Television Studio followed by a Communion Breakfast at which the students will be presented their pins by Sister Winifred, Director.
