Before I get too behind, since it's almost An Tir/West War, here are some photos of the Urselmas Village demo in late January. It's up in Washington at the fairegrounds in Monroe near my parents house. This is the second year I've gone, the first after the pandemic. It was very cold, Sunday morning my car read 28 degrees (but the frost was lovely on the fields as you can see! With extra hot cocoa I didn't need, and lots of layers, I managed. I brought my displays on dyes and silkworms, and three looms: my warp weighted pick up weaving, the small Brio rigid heddle loom, and my Ashford inklette. My lovely sister came to hang out on Saturday and brought me Starbucks.
There were lots of other awesome crafters demonstrating garb, lacemaking, embroidery, leatherworking woodcraft, coin stamping, embroidery, weaving, culinary herbs and more.
