I loved it. I did not expect glass to convey so clearly, drought fire, abundance and change with such clarity but Lucy Simpson has achieved it. In the work pictured above there are nearly 20 glass objects and each embodies in a marvelous way country and river in a clear way. It took all my self control to refrain from picking up each piece up to hold and caress it. The exhibition is only on for a few weeks ending on Sunday July 16 2023.
