already a month ago, but. the plum blossoms at ogose-bairin were really lovely-- as they are there every year. it has become one of my spring must-sees.
after my hanami ride, i stopped at a cafe nearby that i had my eye on for a while and treated myself to a yuzu roll cake and coffee. satisfying both the eye and the stomach, so to speak.
and now, the cherry blossoms have already come and gone, and the trees are covered in fresh green. next week, the forecast is for temperatures in the 70Fs. it seems like the seasons are speeding up these recent years, as if to match the hectic pace of modern life.
早くももうひと月前のことになってしまいましたが。
越生の梅、今年も綺麗でした。
この時期には毎年訪れる、お気に入りのスポットです。
お花見プチツーリングの後は、前から気になっていたカフェに寄って、ゆずロールケーキとコーヒーをいただきました。
「花より団子」ではなく、欲張って「花」も「団子」も同じくらい楽しんできました。
今はもう桜も咲き終わり、木々は若葉に覆われています。
来週は最高気温が20℃台。
忙しない現代の暮らしに合わせるように、季節がスピードアップしているように感じる、今日この頃です。
