The final printed deliverable I n needed for this module was the invoice template. Here is my development when I designed the invoice.
The first 2 designs are actually the same - the 1st is using my brand's colours, the table lines are too faint against the bright background. The 2nd image is the same design but in CMYK - how it would look when printed, which was dark and not the same as the brand purple. This prompted me to change from the purple to green to match the other deliverables.
Design 3 is where I integrated the green for the first time, but still tried to keep the purple in the design with the headings and tables. Through my experimentation and research with colour interactions, I knew that this purple-green was not high enough contrast, therefore not visible enough to viewers with vision difficulties.
Design 4 is where I almost stopped at - it was neat and fitted with my other deliverables well, however in order to unify it with the other printed pieces even more, I changed the layout a bit (shown in Design 5).
My final design fits in perfectly with the other deliverables, as I moved the table at the bottom to fit with the column sizes of the letterhead and CV. The information at the bottom also reflects the same as the others, making them part of a cohesive set.
