Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Melt butter in skillet on medium heat. Saute' onions until translucent. Add mushrooms and saute' until tender. Once tender, add wine, cover and reduce heat to low for 10 minutes. Serve atop your chicken breast. Add additional salt and pepper to taste. Bon Appetit'!
