more scrappy quilt blocks
I'm trying to use some of the smaller scraps so, at the end, there isn't a bag of itsy bitsy pieces
and I needed to see what the blocks would look like together
number 4 is top, center and the beginning of number 5 is top, right
number 4 is finished with the scrap hexi and a blue cat (upper right)
number 5 is well on the way -and it gets me over the half way mark of block making
going around in circles looking for inspiration
as I work I'm thinking about how to put it all together
first, the squares will seriously need to be trimmed and squared up
then I need sashing - as I want to continue using scraps the options are old denim jeans
it's blah!
and two pieces of yardage from my interior designer days
red or green - what do you think?
