at last, so happy to be finished
the tea towels were fun to weave in colours that I don't often use
the two longer ones haven't been washed and hemmed yet
they were designed as a Guild challenge - to match a favorite mug
and what's next?
granddaughter Carrie started weaving herself a silk scarf ( with my handspun in the natural weft)
at the beginning of Covid
then life got back to a new normal and she went back to university and the weaving just sat - for four years
now I need the loom and she has a torn rotator cuff
so I'm finishing the scarf - and it isn't red!
that's what is next - and after that?
