For example, I've previously purchased photos of two early NBC television producers. (More about them another time.) Such images are scarce in archives because there were so few female employees and because the networks and local stations neglected to save much of their history. In that regard, an unusual photograph for sale on eBay (above) caught my eye. The headline read, "MITZI Lonely Lady Radio Soap Opera Broadcast Star." | | |
