I'll still be posting to my blog daily because I'm finding it a really useful exercise and discipline for me and for those who would like to keep seeing the daily postcards you can follow me on Facebook and Instagram. Following on from the gouache bullrushes I thought I'd have a go at a watercolour version. Watercolours are not my first choice as I'm not a patient painter and often don't wait for it to dry so end up with mud! It's interesting to see how different the two bullrush postcards look which is really down to how the media responds to my skill level with it.
