Belvedere Castle in Vienna a year ago!

Okay, it has been such a long time since the last post – where the heck should I start then??
I hope you enjoyed my last post and the photos of my previous travels! 🙂

Pretty much two years have gone by since my stay in Canada… WOW!
I miss my time there a lot… What a ride it was. So many amazing experiences! ❤ What an amazing country!
But since then, so many things in my life have changed drastically, and basically, they took a turn of 180°. I've been busy completing a huge chapter of my life and starting another. Well, life got in the way. But as I wrote in the last post, my plan has always been to finish telling about my North American adventures one day eventually, and I haven't forgotten that to this day, so here I am, guys! I am back at last, whohoooo!!

I'll tell some more details about my new life after I'll finish all the other blog posts about my stay overseas, so let me just quickly sum up the biggest changes of the last two years:

Jun-Nov 2022: My master's thesis…
Nov 2022: I finally finished my thesis and in January master's degree! Yay!!!
Nov 2022-Jan 2023: I battled a semi-severe COVID infection and then a heavy cold for two months straight after that. My body was in a disastrous state after months of writing the thesis...
Feb 2023: I got my first job – in Vienna, Austria!!
Mar 2023: Moved to Vienna and started working as a full-time German coach 🙂
Mar-Aug 2023: Battled some health issues that affected my mental stability, felt lost for many months
Jul 2023: Got my very first own kittens!!! Their names are Chopin and Debussy and they're my two little munchkins, my everything ❤
Have since then been handling my work, problems at work, the stress of everyday life, my household… The usual issues, you name it 😉 And apart from that trying to see as much as possible in Vienna.
But: It seems like I've finally started settling in at last… I'm feeling more and more content and at ease with my new life here in Vienna every day. And, as you can see, I have finally more time, energy, and inspiration/ideas, and got a creative boost to finally continue this blog! YEAH!
