This is a view from Serendra (described as a 'modern complex featuring a variety of shops & restaurants with condos above them' on one website), looking down the BGC High Street - yet another shopping area. I've sketched these decorative street lights before (see post 995 in February 2019), when I said they look like pairs of people hugging or bowing.
