The photo below is so fake, but it made me smile this Easter. Hope all my readers in Easter-celebrating countries have enjoyed the long weekend. I am not religious but I love the celebrations of spring at Easter time in Sweden. After the long long winter, it is so nice to see flowers starting to bloom, and pastel colours everywhere.
My husband takes Harley out for a walk every day and this weekend you could really see the approach of spring.
Really loving the Uniqlo sling bag
One of Stockholms big football teams had it's premiere match of the season yesterday. This was the crowd making its way to the stadium. We live to the left of the bridge, next to the water.
I stocked up on ballet pump steps, as I wear these throughout the warmer months inside my lighter shoes. They are more stocking than sock, so they don't last as long as socks but they are light and comfortable.
Then I stumbled over these vintage ones from the 1970s. I had no idea they even made them so far back. I bought them because they were cheap and I wanted to see if they were still useable.
I also bought this gorgeous pastel yellow shower flower. I usually use scrub gloves or shower flowers in dark pink or white, but this colour just called my name yesterday. I never used to be this way when I lived in Africa, but living in northern Europe has me starving for pretty pastels in spring.
