The exhibition brings together 65 beautiful tree inspired ceramic objects that showcase the skills and artistry of Josephine Townsend. As the title suggests Jo gets trees. Some objects are celebrating leaves. Some mimic barks brilliantly. All of them embrace the colour palette of Australian trees. Over in the back section I found it hard not to pick up pieces and run my hands over them as they so realistically portrayed the surface of trees.
