I chose the passport-size travel notebook to be my EDC Planner (EDC stands for "Everyday Carry") so that it is small and light enough to stay in my bag the whole time. Instead of using the normal pen loop clip, I added a Zebra Pitan ballpoint pen to the paper folder.
After using the A6 size for 2023, I decided to increase the writing space by going with the A5 for this year. So, I have plenty of room to journal and draw. This journal usually stays at home on my desk. Hosted inside the Kinokuniya pouch, I can also bring it out if I want.
I want to be more selective when it comes to ephemera to collect and keep in my scrapbook. The smaller format is key! While I used the Rhodia A5 goal book in 2023, I switched to A5 Slim in 2024. I hope that 200 pages will be enough for the whole year.
I left a Hobonichi HON A6 unused but instead of throwing it away at the end of 2023, I plan to reuse it as an ugly notebook/journal where I can jot down anything.
Refurbished Hobonichi 2023 HON A6 Size
Work Planner
I can't wait to use this planner as I'm currently looking for a full-time job. Wish me luck!
