| Tina Opines Dec 11 | Dark & Still As evening comes to our small town bordering creeks, and woods, and winding, paved byways, eyes glitter in the rising moon light. Tonight. Creatures of the dark, on soft-skin pads walk. Silent though they are, weaving among towering bamboo, one knows they are passing by. Knows their intent. Tracking their prey, heads lowered, whiskers quivering. I wait for the cries of mouse, vole, and even the savvy suburban rat.
All is dark and still.
