Here's a great fun fold card that won't leave any 6 x 6 DSP behind. The fun fold is a CASe from another Stampin' Up! Demonstrator. I'm sorry to say that I don't know her name or saved the video. I believe she is from the UK because I had to convert the metric measurements to imperial measurements.
The DSP measurement is 6" x 5 ¼" which allows you to use the scrap piece for your envelope.
I used the other side of the DSP to decorate the envelope.

Cutting Instructions (measurements in inches):
- Card Base, Early Espresso, 4 ¼ x 5 ½
- Early Espresso, 5 ½ x 4, on long side score at 2 ¾
- DSP, 6 x 5 ¼, on long side score at 4
- Basic White, 2 ½ x 3 ¾, you will need three pieces
