| georgenhs Nov 29 | Bulletin Board, Lighted At Night To Carry Names If plans of the Norwood Chamber of Commerce materialize, Norwood men in service will be given fitting recognition. Determined to show that Norwood is a community which doesn't just take for granted service to country, the Chamber has a project afoot which will make it plain that the town appreciates the sacrifices which men make to give their term of service in the armed forces of the country. What the Chamber plans is a good-sized bulletin board, with glass front, to be erected at a Town Square location, subject of course, to the approval of the town fathers. To be lighted at night, the board will be an honor roll, carrying all the names of local men and women in their country's service during this emergency Appropriate exercises will install the honor roll which will serve as a constant reminder to civilians at home of those sacrifices being made for the defense of America.
