The brand is Chico's design. I discovered quite by chance that it was the perfect weight for in-between weather, so I have worn it a lot. You can wear it as a shirt and a jacket. To me, I think the images are pretty. But I don't think it is stunning. Other people comment on it all the time, though. In shops, at lunches, sometimes on the bus. For me, this garment does not deserve all the compliments it gets, probably because I don't usually wear patterned jackets. It is pretty though, and I am wearing it a lot right now as autumn comes. I changed the regular buttons for jeans buttons. Chicos design does other nice jackets/shirts, but you always do have to be fairly plain with the rest of your outfit.
