AMERICAN LEAGUE ALL-STARS — This Is the American League All-Stars aggregation of the Little League who won their sectional game with Walpole at Franklin on Saturday.

The Norwood All-Stars, managed by Phil Smith, defeated the Norwood Town Team 9-4 on last Sunday .afternoon.
Dickie Bunker started on the mound for the Townies going 7 innings giving up 5 hits and 4 runs before giving way to Jackie Walker who was pounded for 5 more runs on 3 hits and 4 walks.
The All Stars looking very snappy for their first time out jumped on Bunker in the first inning for 2 runs on hits by Jim Cisternelli, Seastrand, and Gerulskis. After this, they were never behind in the ball game and won going away.
Jack Maroney started on the hill for the Stars and pitched four shutout innings before giving way to Fred Gerulskis, of no-hit college fame, who hurled the last five Innings very creditably.
Jim Cisternelli of Boston College vintage, Sonny Mattson, ex-St. Denis great and Shotgun Seastrand, led the hitting attack for the All-Stars.
