It's a bit slow at first (aren't some of the best things in life?), but then it catches a bit of speed. Let me know what you think. If your etching always consider the space between the lines, keeping in mind acid baths length and strength. The more you want the lines to be black, the more you have to be careful not to burn the etching, leaving no space on the etched surface, thus creating a dull gray area, and not vibrating black lines!
