Supplies: Affiliate links used Canson XL Sand Grain Dry Mixed media pad 9"x12" "natural" https://shrsl.com/3o549 Oil pastels, the set I used can be found here and I have a review of them here. *I have only seen those on Aliexpress and they were sent to me for review. Easier to find oil pastels of comparable quality are: Paul Rubens pastel "macaron tones" and Mungyo Gallery soft oil pastel "assorted" *top of the line is Sennelier.
