Hi there, readers. What I've got for you this week is the start of a new series of recommendations for tween and teen boys. We librarians often get asked by mothers for a good book for their son to read. Well, the lovely librarian Fallon has given me a whopping list of titles for you to choose from. I've broken it down into several parts so as not to overcrowd your brain.
Adventure stories are one of my favourite genres to read - there's just something about them. Is it the wildness and excitement of being out in nature? Or going on a quest, overcoming dangers and difficulties, banding together with a group of friends as you try and take down an evil character. Or maybe it's just the fact that I can live all these adventures from the comfort of my lounge (I am NOT a happy camper).
