Here is a sketch I did out in our shared clubhouse area yesterday, while chatting on line to my sketching friend @TheArtofBeingPresent. I first thought I would just sketch the plant, but on looking more closely I realised I had never noticed the floor tiles before, so incorporated some of those too. I know what variegated means, but I confess I had to look it up to get the spelling right….I've always been a disaster when it comes to spelling…thank goodness for spellcheck!
