Megan Schadlich (She/Her)

An advocate for disruption while respecting what's come before, Megan has been working in or volunteering in libraries since she was 9! As an adult her love for libraries has led her all over the world working first in her university's library, then in a variety of public library settings, and even interning for Dokk1 in Aarhus, Denmark. She is the author of Cooking Up Library Programs Teens & 'Tweens Will Love: Recipes for Success, Lead Facilitator for the Antiracism Courses offered by Library Journal and School Library Journal magazines through EdMaker. She's participated in multiple IMLS studies and has twice won the YALSA Writing Award. She loves travel, hugs, trying new foods, and hanging out with her friends.
